Why Multifamily
We seek reliable streams of rental income, which are usually more resilient during economic downturns because "everyone needs a roof over their head".
Several Real Estate strategies have proven to be great a tax-savings vehicles, minimizing the amount of taxes owed and improving overall investment returns.
Between natural appreciation and Value-add strategies, Multifamily properties have been known as a hedge against inflation.
We seek reliable streams of rental income, which are usually more resilient during economic downturns because "everyone needs a roof over their head".
Several Real Estate strategies have proven to be great a tax-savings vehicles, minimizing the amount of taxes owed and improving overall investment returns.

Then, we analyze the financial viability of these properties by diving deep into their income and expenses, both current and compared to what they could be "on paper".
If an asset passes our "sniff test", we physically and financially verify its condition. This is one of the most important steps for us because this is where we confirm the projected returns for our investors.
We close on the property!
For 3-5 years (usually), we follow the business plan agreed upon during due diligence. For investors, that means sitting back and relaxing while we manage the day-to-day operations, and they receive quarterly updates and distributions.
We either sell the property, refinance it, or buyout our partners. For them, this is the time of the biggest equity payout and return of their initial equity (which they typically re-invest in our next deal).
